Happy Birthday, Mama!

We had "birthday parties" in two of my classes, and called my mama in both of them.  She didn't answer the phone either time, though.  LOL!


My classes were just as excited to call my mom as I was.  The high schoolers asked me to SKYPE her.  LOL!  As if my mama knows what SKYPE is.

Yes! This year!

This is one of my favorite weeks.  I like to have my students say Happy birthday to my mother.  This year... I have class on that day!  So, excited!

Sad News...

Got some sad news over the weekend.  So heartbroken.  Can't even explain it?

Last Week

I was sick all last week.

Man... I didn't get to do my seminar for Collin.  I'm so upset!

I'm working to reschedule it.

Week 8

Nothing new to report.  I'm remembering my students names so far.  I know all of my Richland Campus students by site.  Yay!

Still working on BH.

Week 7

Things have been calm so far.  I'm getting behind on grading, as usual.

I really don't understand how I get behind on grading every semester, but I do.  I hear most teachers and professors say that they get behind as well.

One of these semesters I'm going to stay on time with my grading.

It's October...

It's October.  I'm glad, this means that the weather should get cooler, although with today's weather, I can't tell.  The state fair is going on.  Football season is in full swing.

Can't wait to see what the month will bring.
